What we collect

When you book an install, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number and ZIP code, plus your email, water source and main concern if you add them. We also note which page you sent the form from.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your installation, and to remind you when service is due if you become a customer. If you text us a photo, we use it the same way.

Your water report

After your install we text you a private link to your report. The results are stored inside the link itself, not on our website's server, so anyone you forward the link to can see the report.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. When you send the form, it goes to a Google Sheet and an email inbox in our own Google account (Google stores it for us). Until it sends, what you've typed is kept only in your own browser, so a weak signal doesn't lose it; it's cleared once your request goes through. If sending fails, the page offers to open a text message to us with your details already filled in, which you can choose to send. Our website host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and secure the site. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
